APPLY FOR YOUR LICENSE
Please make sure you apply for the same resident state you live in and have completed the pre licensing course and state exam.
Apply for Life, Accident, and Health
or just Life
NOTE: Based on what you have taken your state test and passed.
FL: Apply for your official license with the state of Florida using the link below. Create an account on the right side. Select “Individual” and then “Permanent” and then 0215 license.
AL: Apply for your official license with the state of Alabama using the link below. Apply for “Individual Producer”
***YOU MUST PROVIDE PROOF THAT YOU HAVE APPLIED AND PAID FOR YOUR STATE LICENSE. UNFORTUNATELY AL MAKES YOU WAIT FOR AN EMAIL AFTER PASSING THE EXAM BEFORE YOU CAN APPLY FOR YOUR LICENSE. PLEASE PRINT THE RECEIPT AS A PDF AND SEND TO HR@GLOBELIFEFELD.COM BEFORE SCHEDULING YOUR ORIENTATION MEETING IN STEP 6, OR PRESENT PROOF OF APPLICATION AT THE ORIENTATION MEETING.

SCHEDULE FINGERPRINTS
Based on your resident state
FL residents, go to www.identogo.com and click “Get Fingerprinted” in the top-right. Select Florida from the dropdown menu. On the next page, click the link for “Department of Financial Services” and it will take you to where you can apply for a new appointment.
AL resident, go to Fieldprint® Alabama (fieldprintalabama.com) and click "Schedule Appointment" and sign up, agree to the terms of the state of AL and create your account. Submit proof of Citizenship (both sides of Drivers License) to ALDOI https://aldoi.gov/LicenseeCZ/Initial.aspx
GA residents, go to https://ga.state.identogo.com/ata; Svc. Code 2TGJ6B and you must apply for your license (step #3 ABOVE) before getting your fingerprints.
TX residents, once state exam is passed, call IdentoGo at (855) 766-7746 or go to www.identogo.com to schedule a fingerprint appointment. You will need the code 11G6QF in order to complete fingerprinting. Once fingerprinted, you will receive a 12-digit TCN number. This number is required to be used upon application for you license.
WV residents, once state exam is passed, call IdentoGo at (855) 766-7746 or go to www.identogo.com to schedule a fingerprint appointment. You will need the code 228NS5 in order to complete fingerprinting. Once fingerprinted, you will receive a 12-digit TCN number. This number is required to be used upon application for you license.
PA residents, once state exam is passed, call IdentoGo at (844) 321-2124 or go to www.identogo.com to schedule a fingerprint appointment. . You will need the code 1KGBGJ in order to complete fingerprinting. Once fingerprinted, you will receive a 12-digit TCN number. This number is required to be used upon application for you license.
MD, KY, AR residents, fingerprints are not required
NC residents, if fingerprints are required, you will be sent an email after completing the NIPR
application with a link to print the fingerprint form and instructions. After you submit your fingerprints, follow instructions to submit the fingerprint form signed by a law enforcement officer
by fax, e-mail, or mail to the NC Licensing Office of Pearson VUE
OH residents, you must be printed for both BCI & FBI, you can complete your fingerprints at the PSI testing center after your exam, or go to www.fastfingerprints.com/services/ohio-background-checks/ Indicate the reason fingerprinting as "Required for Licensure/Permit, Insurance Lic. or ORC 3905.051" (If requested, list the agency code as BQE445). Request the criminal background check results be sent to ODI - For ODI to receive an electronic result from BCI and FBI, request delivery option as "Direct Copy to Ohio Department of Insurance.” For ODI to receive a mailed result from BCI and FBI, request delivery option as "Bill to–Send" to and choose the Ohio Department of Insurance, 50 West Town Street, Third Floor - Suite 300, Columbus, OH, 43215.

SC residents, you must apply for your license (step #4) before fingerprinting. After you have applied for the license, you will receive an email with the directions on how to schedule a fingerprint appointment
DC residents, go to www.fieldprint.com to register for printing
VA residents, go to www.fieldprintvirginia.com and use code “FPVABOICHRR” to create a secure user account. This code ensures that the results are provided to the VA Bureau of Insurance.
NJ residents, call 1-877-503-5981 or go to https://www.nj.gov/dobi/insliced/livescan.htm you will need code 2F16Y3.

Schedule Orientation Meeting
Schedule a Part B Meeting with Manager to recap everything and game plan training. Please use your PC (Windows) laptop during the meeting, our program is not compatible with Mac, Chromebook, etc.

Agent OnBoarding
Go to your new work email, open AIL Appointment Invitation - Agent Onboarding
(This is your application with American Income Life/GL)
This must be completed before meeting with manager.
