I am a senior inventive scientist at AT&T Labs, where I develop data-driven and machine learning solutions to large-scale networked systems including: 1) network planning for 5G, CDN, 2) traffic controlling and allocations, and 3) L3 network security.

Prior to joining AT&T, I got my Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from The Ohio State University. My dissertation was about Ultra-low Latency Algorithms for Cloud and Networked Systems. It was my great honor to be advised by Prof. Ness B. Shroff and Prof. Kannan Srinivasan.

I feel very passionate in working on challenging problems in large-scale distributed systems.
