Providing You with Registration and Authentication Services
(1) When you register for a product account through a mobile phone number, in order to complete the registration, you need to provide a complete mobile phone number that can receive text messages or calls. We will confirm the validity of your identity by sending a text message verification code or a voice verification code. After verification and you have read and agreed to this policy and the user agreement, the account registration will be completed.
(2) When you log in to the product through a third-party account (such as Facebook, Twitter, Google, etc.), you need to authorize us to obtain the public information of the third-party account you use for logging in (such as avatar, nickname, gender, etc.), and bind the account to your product account. If you do not agree to the authorization or refuse us to obtain the above information, you will not be able to log in to the product through the third-party account, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the product.
(3) After completing the registration of the product account, you can decide for yourself whether you need to complete your account information such as avatar, nickname, password, gender, constellation, hometown, industry, frequently visited places, personal profile, personal preferences, etc. If you complete the above additional information, it will help us provide you with better services and experiences. However, if you do not provide the above information, it will not affect the use of the basic functions of the product.
(4) If you choose to complete your avatar information and use our avatar uploading function, we will request you to authorize the functions of writing to the external storage device and reading from the external storage device. When you choose to use a photo taken as your avatar, the photo you take needs to be temporarily stored on the external storage device. When you choose to upload a picture, you need to read the permission of your mobile phone album and upload the avatar according to your choice.
(5) We will obtain the permission of your mobile phone camera to help you with functions such as scanning codes for logging in, payment, taking photos or videos for uploading and sharing, and face recognition in specific scenarios with your authorization. When you use this additional function for face recognition, we will collect your facial features and use them strictly within the scope authorized by you.
Realizing Functions or Services Such as Live Streaming, Audio and Video, Voice, and Text and Picture Publishing
When you actively conduct live streaming, publish audio and video, comment information, text and pictures, etc., we will collect corresponding information such as audio and video, text and pictures, and display your nickname, avatar, and the content of the published information.
(1) When you publish a live stream or audio and video, we will request you to authorize the permissions of the camera, photos, microphone, etc. If you do not agree or refuse to authorize, you will not be able to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the product.
(2) When you use voice connection for chatting and recording, we will request you to authorize the recording permission. During this process, we will collect the content of your recording. Please be aware that even if you have agreed to turn on the microphone permission, we will only obtain voice information through the microphone when you actively click the microphone icon in the client. The technologies we use to collect location information include IP address, GPS, WLAN and other sensor technologies. If you do not agree or refuse to authorize, you will not be able to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the product.
(3) When you publish audio and video, text and pictures and other information and choose to display the geographical location or use our "Same City" function based on location, we will request access to your precise location information (which is sensitive personal information) and collect location information related to the above functions. When you use the "Nearby" function, we will request access to your approximate location information (which is sensitive personal information) and collect location information related to the above functions. The technologies we use to collect location information include IP address, GPS, WLAN and other sensor technologies. If you do not agree or refuse to authorize, you will not be able to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the product.
(4) When you use functions or services such as publishing live streams, publishing live stream comments or other functions or services that require identity authentication, according to relevant laws and regulations, you need to provide real identity information (including but not limited to real name, mobile phone number, ID card number and other sensitive personal information) to complete the real-name authentication. If you do not provide the above information or the information is not true, you will not be able to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the product.
In the process of providing services, we may need to apply for some device permissions from you. You can click here to view and learn about the device permissions applied for by "Maoyin". These permissions will not be turned on by default. They will only be used to achieve specific functions or services after your explicit authorization, and you can also withdraw the authorization. It should be particularly noted that even if we obtain these sensitive permissions with your authorization, we will not collect your information when the relevant functions or services do not require it.
Realizing Interaction and Communication Functions or Services
(1) When you actively follow user accounts that interest you and interact with other accounts, comment or share content, we will collect the accounts you follow and show you the content published by the accounts you follow.
(2) When you actively like, comment or share audio and video, text and pictures and other information that interest you, we will collect the content you like, comment or share, and display it to the users you like or comment on or push notifications.
(3) When you actively use virtual property to reward other users, we will collect your avatar, nickname and reward data and display it to other users.
Realizing Search Services

In order to better provide you with game services, improve the gaming experience, ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of the basic functions of the game, optimize the performance of the game product and ensure the security of your account, we will collect and use your account information, device information, game log information and transaction record information.

Identity Verification
According to laws, regulations and regulatory requirements, when you use functions similar to payment and cash withdrawal of the product, you need to provide valid identity document information, contact information, address and other personal information to complete the multiple cross-verification of the basic identity information. If you do not provide the above information, you will not be able to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the product.

Providing You with Security Protection
In order to improve the security of your use of our services and protect you, other users or the public from being infringed upon in terms of personal and property safety, we use or integrate your registration information, device information, network logs, as well as the frequency of your use of the application, crash data, overall usage situation, performance data and the source of the application to comprehensively judge the risks of your account and transactions, conduct identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis and disposal measures in accordance with the law. Please understand that certain services of the platform can only be achieved through the use of "Cookies". If your browser or browser add-on services allow it, you can modify your acceptance of Cookies or reject the Cookies of the platform. However, this action may, in some cases, affect your secure access to the relevant websites of the platform and your use of the services provided by the platform.
(2) Technologies Similar to Cookies
In addition to Cookies, we also use other similar technologies such as web beacons and pixel tags (such as Beacon, Proxy, etc.), but we will not use Cookies and similar technologies for any purposes other than those described in this policy.
IV. How We Store Your Personal Information

Authorized partners can only access the information necessary for them to perform their duties and shall not use this information for any other purposes.
Currently, our authorized partners include the following types:
(1) Third-party account login and content sharing. We will share users' Android id, device model, IMSI, IMEI, Mac, and phone status with partners such as QQ for third-party account login and sharing content to third-party platforms.
(3) Voice chat service. To achieve the functions of real-time audio and video services, we will collect the following information: a. Information related to your device: To enable real-time audio or video calls, we need you to authorize the activation of your camera and microphone functions; we will also collect your device type, device model, CPU information, storage information, battery power information, and operating system information; b. Information related to your network status: Your IP address, signal strength information, network type, user agent, and Bluetooth activation information; c. Information related to your interaction with our product: Sender and receiver user IDs, user attributes, channel information, usage duration, name set within the channel, and logs; d. Your audio and video information: We provide real-time audio and video cloud services and related supporting services for enterprise customers. If you, as an end user of an enterprise customer, use this function of ours or use our Demo as an individual user, we will collect, transmit, record, and store the audio stream information, video stream information, and text communication information generated during your use of the service. These information may include your personal information provided to us by you or/and the individuals you interact with (including the text, pictures, audio, video, your image, voice, portrait, and the content of your communication).
(4) Problem tracking service. We will share users' log information (including: custom logs by third-party developers, Logcat logs, and APP crash stack information), device IDs (including: androidid and idfv), network connection information, system name, system version, and country code with this partner for providing APP stability monitoring, abnormal reporting, and helping developers quickly discover and solve anomalies.
(5) Data analysis service. Statistical analysis services help you understand how your end users use your product and help you analyze the performance of your product on different terminal devices. After you integrate the statistical analysis tool into your product, your product will collect and transmit data to our server through the statistical analysis tool. We collect unique device identifiers (IMEI/Mac/android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID, SIM card IMSI information) to provide statistical analysis services, and calibrate the accuracy of report data through geographical location to provide basic anti-cheating capabilities. In addition to the above personal information, the statistical analysis service will collect the following information according to different statistical dimensions: SDK/API/JS code version, browser, Internet service provider, platform, timestamp, application list information, application identifier, application version, application distribution channel, independent device identifier, device model, sensor parameters, terminal manufacturer, terminal device operating system version, session start/stop time, language location, time zone, and network status (WiFi, etc.), hard disk, CPU, and battery usage, etc.
(7) Location service. To facilitate users to view the information of nearby anchors. The SDK of the third-party map that needs to be integrated will collect the device WLAN status information and location information of end users: To enable you to better understand the data types and purposes collected by the third-party map, as well as the ways to protect personal information, you can view the privacy policy of the third-party map for further information. You understand and agree that the third-party map has the right to de-identify or anonymize the collected data on the premise of protecting your personal information and privacy rights and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations for providing data services. If the purposes, methods, and scopes of the third-party map SDK's collection and use of personal information change, we will notify and remind end users in an appropriate manner.
(8) Beauty service. To provide you with beauty services, we will share your device information Android ID with our partners.
(9) Browsing service. To achieve the specific business functions of various Tencent browsing service SDKs, we may need to collect relevant personal information from developers and/or end users. The following will list in detail the business functions of Tencent browsing service SDKs and the personal information collected to achieve these functions. a. In order to find the available X5 kernel version on the user's memory card to increase the proportion of users using X5, we will access the user's storage permission after obtaining the user's authorization and consent; if this permission is not provided, it may affect your usage proportion of the X5 kernel. b. In order to accurately control the release of the kernel version and the on/off release, and based on the webview standard protocol, we need to obtain the user's phone model to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the service. c. In order to facilitate users to search and share the copied content, we need to access the clipboard and read the links and content contained in it to ensure the realization of functions such as search and sharing.
(10) Live streaming push and pull service. To provide you with the live streaming push and pull service, we will share your device information GUID with our partners.
(11) GeTui message push service. The GeTui message push service helps you push your notifications and messages to you, thereby ensuring the effective reach of the push messages. The information collected and stored through the GeTui message push SDK includes but is not limited to: (1) Device information: The device identifier will be used to generate a unique push target ID, that is, CID. Device-related information such as the device platform, device manufacturer, and device brand helps us provide you with better push services and experiences. (2) Application list information: We use the merged link technology for technical push. When there are multiple APP push links on a device that are simultaneously active, we will randomly merge them into one link to achieve the purpose of saving power and traffic for users. Therefore, we need to obtain the application list information; at the same time, we provide an intelligent push function. Through this information, we can recommend push content that is more in line with your needs and reduce the interference of useless push information on you. You can choose to turn on or off this service, but turning off this service will lead to increased power and traffic consumption. (3) Network information and location-related information: In order to maintain the stability of the network connection to the greatest extent and establish a long connection, we need to understand the network status and changes of the device to achieve a stable and continuous push service. We provide a context-based push function. Location-related information will help us provide you with refined push in offline scenarios, recommend push content that is more in line with your needs, and reduce the interference of useless push messages on you.
(16) Verification service. To provide the one-click mobile phone number verification login service. We will share the user's device operator type, network type, application name, Android application package name, Android application package signature, and IP with this partner; at the same time, the permissions required by the SDK when users use this service include: T INTERNET (allowing the application to access the Internet), ACCESS_WIFI_STATE (allowing access to WiFi network status information), ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE (allowing access to network status), CHANGE_NETWORK_STATE (allowing changing the network connection status), CHANGE_WIFI_STATE (allowing changing the WiFi network connection status), READ_PHONE_STATE (allowing reading the phone status). The above permissions of the SDK are all inherited from the APP. If the APP is not authorized to use the above permissions, the identity verification may fail. Customers need to be aware of the above limitations during business design and design a degradation mechanism to ensure the normal operation of the business when the identity verification fails. The local authentication ability of the identity verification depends on the underlying package of the operator. The user data collected by the underlying package of the operator also includes: network standard, private network IP address, current APN access point, IMSI (only for Android of mobile operators).
(17) Payment. We will share the network status and phone status with third-party partners to ensure the normal operation of the payment function.
(2) Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual, except in the following situations:
(1) Transfer with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will transfer your personal information to other parties;
(2) In the event of a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation of the provider of this product service, or in other situations involving a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation, if the transfer of personal information is involved, we will require the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this policy. VIII. Protection of Personal Information of Minors
