I am a Ph.D. in Economics from the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University and a Visiting Scholar at its Public Finance Research Cluster.
My research interests are public and urban economics, emphasizing state and local finance and economic development incentives.
I am particularly interested in studying the behavioral responses of households, firms, and local governments to changes in tax structures. My research agenda also includes cultural and creative industries, entrepreneurship, and informality.
