I am a Ph.D. in Economics from the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University and a Visiting Scholar at its Public Finance Research Cluster.
My research interests are public and urban economics, emphasizing state and local public finance and economic development incentives.
I study how households, firms, and local governments respond to changes in tax structures, and the distributional consequences of those changes. My research agenda also includes cultural and creative industries, entrepreneurship, and informality.
