Welcome!

I am a Ph.D. in Economics from the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University and a Visiting Scholar at its Public Finance Research Cluster. 

My research lies at the intersection of public and urban economics, with a focus on state and local public finance, policy evaluation, and economic development. I study how governments, households, and firms respond to public policies and economic shocks, and how these responses shape fiscal capacity, public service delivery, and regional economic opportunities.

My research also examines fiscal decentralization, public sector performance, labor markets, and entrepreneurship, with applications in the United States and Latin America.
