The job role as a project manager for the research study Institute of Management in Government, funded by the Government of India entitles as study to identify factors facilitating enabling environment for effective service delivery in rural and urban Local Self- Government institutions in Kerala (with special reference to Grama Panchayats and Municipalities) involved managing the entire project including the field level staff and coordinating the data collection across different sample fields of the state.
