How do I send you a photo of my pet/logo?
Do you only do pet products?
For now we only ship to the UK and P&P will be added separately to your order as specified.
When you order a product that requests one of the two, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the order and ask you to send us the photo.
While we do specialise in personalised pet products we do many other ones too, such as stickers and key rings for businesses.

If you are looking for a product that is not yet on our website yet or have a specific product you want making, on the 'our products' tab you can fillout a 'custom request' form. Feel free to be as specific as you need!
Yes! Although our order forms request your gmail account to contact you, this is not the only way. When filling out the order form please add your prefered method of contact in the 'any other requests' box. This can be a regular email, phone number or even a social media account.
To do this simply enter the code into the 'any other requests' box and when we confirm your order with you we will let you know the new price.
