Hi I'm Skyla, the founder of Fearfully Shaped. I am a Level 3 qualified personal trainer with a heart for helping young women grow strong in both body and faith.
After going through an unexpected major surgery in 2024, I was unable to train. This experience led me to seek the Lord and I learnt true identity is rooted in Christ, not the outward appearance. This revelation became the foundation of Fearfully Shaped — fitness rooted in freedom, purpose, and faith.
