Charlotte Brookes (ii_lxce16) is the current Chief of FDPD, she started her law enforcement career in the Fort Dodge Police Department on the 18th of June, 2024 as a Police Officer.
Chief Charlotte Brookes started her career off as a Police Officer, moving up the ranks fast, she was quickly fast tracked to Detective, and served as a supervisor for multiple months.
On the 27th of August, 2024. She was promoted to captain, where she served as a Captain for 2 months before acquiring the rank of Major, a very short time after she was promoted to Assistant Chief, on the 26th August, 2024. Where she served proudly for around 2 months.
23rd of October, 2024. Chief Charlotte Brookes received a promotion to Chief, where she is now again serving proudly.
On the 3rd of June, 2024, EuroFrance1 joined the department as the second ever officer, where he proudly served as a patrol unit in the patrol division, where as on the on 19th June, 2024, he received a promotion to Detective.
Assistant Chief EuroFrance1 served as a supervisor, on the 6th of September, he was promoted to Captain, where he served proudly for a short period of time, before becoming a Major.
On the 23rd of October, he received his promotion to Assistant Chief.
On the 3rd of June, 2024. Deputy Chief Arthur Morgan acquired a spot as the first ever official police officer in the Fort Dodge Police Department, aswell as the first ever FDPD officer on duty.
2 Days later, on the 5th of June, 2024, Deputy Chief Arthur Morgan was fast tracked to Detective, because the department needed supervisors.
A week later, Deputy Chief Arthur Morgan, received a promotion to Captain, serving as the first ever High Ranking officer in the department.
On the 27th of August, 2024, Deputy chief Arthur Morgan received a promotion to Major, again, serving as the first ever Major in the department, he served proudly as a Major in the Patrol Bureau for several months.
On the 13th of November, 2024. Deputy Chief Arthur Morgan received his promotion to Deputy Chief.
On the 3rd of July, 2024, Commander Finn Rankin joined the Fort Dodge Police Department as an officer, quickly moving up the ranks, proving himself as a great fit for supervisor, on the 22nd of July, 2024, he was promoted to Detective, and again, moving very quickly up the ranks.
On the 29th of July, he received a promotion to Sergeant, where he served proudly for a month, after this month, he received his promotion to Lieutenant.
Again, proving himself very fit for the Captain position, he received his well deserved promotion on the 15th of October, 2024, he got that promotion.
Shortly after, he received a promotion to Major, where he served proudly, until the rank of Commander was implemented in December, where he then got the promotion Commander, where he serves proudly.

These are then further split up into 2 types
Major and Captain of Operations

Major and Captain of Investigations
Major and Captain of Patrol
Command has chosen 1-2 of these types to oversee
Deputy Chief Arthur Morgan chose Training and Education
Assistant Chief EuroFrance1 chose Investigations
Chief Charlotte Brookes choose the remaining two, Patrol and Operations.
Major & Captain of Operations
These individuals are tasked with making sure everything both internally and externally runs smoothly, making sure everything is in order, that there is no corruption, favoritism, etc.
Major & Captain of Training and Education
These individuals are tasked with making sure every officer in the department receives a proper educational process before becoming an officer, they are also tasked with running the FTOP.
Major & Captain of Investigations
These individuals are mostly tasked with making sure all tickets, reports run smoothly and no bias is going on, they also investigate officers when they observe rule breaking, they are also tasked with overseeing the IAD.
Major & Captain of Patrol
These Individuals are tasked with making sure patrols are completed correctly, there is no shift farming, etc. make sure citations and arrests are handed out correctly.
