About the FDP

The Internet of Things (IoT) has evolved from the convergence of wireless technologies, and the Internet, by connecting “things” in the real world such as home appliances, industrial equipment, surveillance cameras, monitoring sensors, and actuators. The IoT will foster the development of a number of applications that make use of the potentially enormous amount and variety of data generated by such objects to provide new services to citizens, companies, and public administration. . This FDP aims to make the participants realize the importance of IoT and its applications in various fields as well as to demonstrate some demo projects on specific applications. This course also gives an introduction to IoT, so that participants can learn to build their own IoT products for various applications, and it also enables them to convert their product ideas into a working prototype.
