Congratulations, Filamerian, on your outstanding grades from the previous academic year! Before doing anything else, ask your principal's office for a certificate of ranking as proof of your class standing from the previous academic year then head to the school's registrar to pick up a scholarship application form (₱). Make sure that your adviser (annex campus), principal (annex campus),  the scholarship committee chairperson (centennial building ground floor), and university president (centennial building second floor) all sign the form. After completing the paperwork, be sure to give it back to the registrar.
