The following are not allowed at Filamer Christian University and violations will be subjected to disciplinary action:
A. MAJOR OFFENSES
(Based on DECS Service Manual 2000, Chapter 3.)
The following are grounds for suspension or expulsion:
1. Coming to school drunk under the influence of liquor or intoxicating drinks and prohibited drugs.
2. Bringing into/or drinking within the campus of intoxicating drinks and harmful and outlawed drugs.
3. Vandalism, destroying or defacing any university property.
4. Hazing
5. Threatening, assaulting students, faculty, employee or any school authority.
6. Cheating in any form during examinations and quizzes, and/or in subject requirements.
7. Tampering and forging school records, clearance, parents' signature , documents, official notices, credentials, announcements, bulletin boards or displayed streamer.
8. Carrying of deadly weapons such as bladed weapons, other pointed objects, and guns.
9. Provoking a violent confrontation, rumble, melee and the like within and outside the campus.
10. Producing and/or distributing written, printed or mimeographed materials containing language that is defamatory, slanderous, and libelous.
11. Smoking inside the campus.
12. Drinking outside the campus while wearing the proper uniform.
13. Defaming, bullying in any form, insulting abusively any employee, student, faculty members or any school authority.
14. Fighting with other students.
15. Participating in any violent trouble within the campus.
16. Membership to any fraternity.
17. Organizing a gang within the campus.
18. Repeated violation of the school policies, rules and regulation
19. Open refusal to accept corrective or disciplinary measures.
20. Unwholesome conduct inside/outside the classroom as reported by teachers and other personnel.
21. Stealing and reported shoplifting.
22. Extortion.
23. Bringing outsiders causing trouble and resulting injuries to students, teachers and school personnel.
24. Bringing, selling and exploding firecrackers inside the school.
25. Bringing/playing playcards, magic cards, and/or gambling or betting in any form.
26. Bringing and/or being found in possession of obscene, immoral and pornographic magazines/materials.
27. Public Display of Affection.
28. Assault of person in authority and/or insubordination to school authority.
29. Using of MP3, MP4, PSP, Ipod, cell phone, laptops, and other electronic gadgets/gizmos during class without permission of the teacher. be authorized by the Principal. Parents are to be informed of any misconduct for which disciplinary action is necessary.
B. MINOR OFFENSES
1. Disturbing classes and administrative work or function directly or indirectly by voice or presence.
2. Violation governing the use of school facilities.
3. Displaying materials of information without prior approval from the proper school authority.
4. Creating or organizing a group without at least one faculty member/ staff as adviser.
5. Littering pieces of paper, dirt or any refused materials.
6. Lying at the hearing of charges against himself/herself.
7. Refusing to identify students who violated a school regulation when he/she knew the students.
8. Violation of traffic rules.
9. Coming to school without identification cards or using tampered ID.
10. Using indecent language, immoral behavior or conducting one lewdly.
11. Spitting on the floor.
12. Kicking of the wall.
13. Improper wearing of jewelry, clothes, and haircuts (earrings for boys, double earrings for girls, long and polished nails are discouraged).
14. Wearing colored socks (for girls) while wearing the school uniform.
15. Falsely accusing another student.
16. Sporting colored hair (for boys and girls) and long hair for boys.
17. Caught escaping and cutting classes.
18. Staying at the covered walk, guardhouse, canteen, and under the trees while classes are still going on and during the library hour.

The Filamerians are a bunch of friendly people in general. Ask your upperclassmen, our guards, or the faculty and staff if you have any questions. They are eager to assist you. For more help, you can also stop by the FCUSR JHS office in the Technology building, room 109.
The principal's office (second floor of the technology building on the left side), the OSA office (in the Suman's building hallway in front of the university clinic), the vice presidents of the school (2 on the ground floor of the centennial building and one in front of the centennial building above the walkway and besides the mini pond), and the president's office (second floor centennial) are the key offices that you need to know of. On the other hand, the university enterprise is located beside the entrance of the FCU gym , the High School library is in the 3rd floor of the university library, and last but not the least, the waffle time franchise is in the Senior High School building!

Fill out the request form at the principal's office, but remember to do it early in order to receive the materials you requested earlier.
Yes. You may borrow the principal's copy at the office and make a copy of it. Be sure to return the said form after, and always be polite when requesting the favor.
