電池結構–電極材料改質處理與性能檢測

目前電池改良大多專注於如何搭載大電容量與快速充電。本實驗室探討方向設定在如何將電極材料改質、處理,以擴大電池電容量。對於快速充電的部分,研究團隊發展定位在固態薄膜電池的開發。製作完成的材料再加以封裝為鈕扣型電池,以循環伏安法、電池充放電性能測試、電化學阻抗分析等儀器,檢測材料性質。

電漿應用之研究

在電漿技術日漸成熟之下,本實驗室對於電漿技術應用於處理電池材料的部分也是我們研究的一大重點。應用層面包含了電漿重組、電漿鍍膜、電漿活化與清潔等等。利用電漿技術改質電池部件材料為本研究團隊探討主旨之一。


Improving battery structure – material modification for electrodes

Ideas to improve batteries are most likely to increase energy capacity and fast charging. To proceed those ideas, we came up with many methods and prospective. To analysis electrodes and electrolyte which we modified are packed into coin cell and analyze under Cycle Voltammetry (CV)Charge / Discharge testElectrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS), etc.

Studies for plasma applications

Due to the improvement of plasma technology, we attempt to apply it for material modification. Such as plasma reformingplasma - enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD)plasma cleaning and plasma activation. Improving material properties by applying plasma technology are part of our research objective.
