Before making your purchase, we guide you on the viability of the product in Costa Rica. We check if your import is allowed, if special permits are needed or if technical data sheets are required. (We offer this research service for an additional fee).

Appointment and approval
We help you quote the product, including: item price, international shipping (by sea or air), customs clearance and taxes, logistics to your door. Once the budget is approved, a 50% advance is requested to start the process.
Availability Check
If the supplier does not have immediate stock: Manufacturing can take up to 20 days. Sea shipping: up to 3 months. Air Shipping: About 8 days.

Shipping, customs clearance and delivery
We coordinate the shipment (by air or sea), manage customs clearance and deliver it to you where you need it (at an additional cost if applicable).
