I am responsible for overseeing and guiding the implementation of the administrative duties and responsibilities of the Board of Elections to ensure the conduct of fair, impartial, and secured elections in Forsyth County.

Deputy Director of Elections
I am responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the election's office. I supervise our team and work with them in several different projects each election. I also oversee the Elections Staff Assistants (ESA) program.  

Adam Clark
Elections Systems Manager
I am responsible for coding each election, setup and implementation of Ballot-on-Demand printers, voter lookup and ID software, and other poll worker/BOE staff tools for Early Voting and Election Day. I also oversee several post-election auditing and reconciliation processes. 

Jason Lerman
Voting Systems and Geocode Manager
I am responsible for maintaining our voting machines and our database that determines which ballot each voter gets. 

Olivia Phillips
Department Training Specialist
I am responsible for training precinct officials to work elections at the polls. From recruiting to election day, it is my job to ensure that election workers are familiar with both election law and processes in order to ensure the lawful and efficient operation of precincts.  

Kanitha Davis-Englebert
Office Finance Manager
I am responsible for the office finance and poll worker pay. I also serve as administrative support for voter registration, campaign finance, and absentee voting.

Carma Buchanan
Polling Place Coordinator 

I am responsible for coordinating polling places and ensuring ADA compliance, as well as assisting with voter registration, absentee voting, and petitions. 

Kay Moore
Voter Registration Manager
My job is to process voter registrations and keep them up to date. This includes updates such as address changes (moves within the county, out of the county or out of the state), party affiliation changes, removals (felony convictions, duplicate records, and voter requested cancellations) and any other changes submitted by the voter.

Macy Payne
Absentee Specialist
Hi! My name is Macy Payne and I am the Absentee-By-Mail Manager.  I do all things absentee related. I take care of FPCAs, MAT, FWABs, and all the other absentee related acronyms. In addition I  work on underage voter registration for 16- & 17-year-olds, as well as deceased voter removals.   

Tricia Starkey
Elections Campaign Accounts Specialist
I administratively support the Board Members, attend board meetings and serve as a liaison between the Board and BOE staff. I oversee all campaign finance matters for this county; and work with all candidate, elected officials, and anyone doing campaign fundraising in this county.
