As we celebrate the season of Easter and resume venturing out into the world post-Pandemic to reconnect with one another, I invite you to pledge to the 2022-23 Stewardship Campaign.
This year’s stewardship theme, “We will meet the moment together,” calls out the importance of reconnecting with one another and supporting the life of our church. While we continue to live in immensely challenging times, we are truly blessed to have FCCPA in our lives to offer so many ways we can meet the moment together! Whether from the inspiration of our weekly worship services, the power of community outreach, the energy and enthusiasm of children and youth, or the beauty of music, art, and church surroundings, we thrive as a church community when we join together to meet the moment.
Over the past few months, our boards, committees, and Church Council have carefully considered FCCPA’s priorities and have developed a budget that will help us move forward. The budget prioritizes continuing our church’s meaningful programming and outreach, expanding our communications capabilities, and providing a salary increase for staff. See the proposed budget for more details.
In the spirit of meeting the moment together, please consider what you want our church to be as we face the future. How will you support FCCPA with your time, talent, and treasure? We are asking all who are able to increase your pledge by 3.5% for the upcoming year. Remember your gifts are confidential and our foremost goal is 100% participation. A summarized 2022-23 asking budget, as well as a summary of the income, expense, and giving trends, can be found elsewhere on this website.
A pledge form with a return-addressed envelope was mailed to you for your convenience or you can pledge online. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to the Stewardship Committee or to me.
Thank you for your support and help in continuing to build the vibrant and caring church community that is such a vital part of all our lives. We will indeed meet the moment together!
With deep appreciation,
Anne Campbell
