Welcome to FC Code (“the Application”), a mobile application developed and provided by Fab SC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use FC Code. By installing or using FC Code, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described herein.
1.1 Non-Personal Information
We collect non-personally identifiable information that does not directly identify you, including:
Device Information: Such as device type, operating system version, device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID), mobile network information, email (if applicable), and approximate location data (country or region).
Usage Data: Information about how you interact with FC Code, including features accessed, time spent within the app, navigation patterns, performance data, and crash reports.
Aggregated & Anonymized Data: We may combine and anonymize collected data for analytics and product improvement purposes. This information cannot be used to identify any individual user.
1.2 AI-Generated Quiz Content
FC Code features an AI-powered quiz generator, Code fixer and AI chat Bot that uses the Gemini 2.0 Flash model developed by Google to create programming-related quiz content.
No User Input Storage: FC Code does not collect or store the specific prompts, responses, or answers you interact with during AI quiz generation.
Content Generation: Quiz content is generated locally within the app and is not permanently associated with any user.
Third-Party AI Model: The handling of data by Gemini 2.0 Flash is governed by Google’s privacy practices. For more information, please review Google’s Privacy Policy.
We use the collected data to:
Operate, maintain, and improve the functionality and performance of FC Code.
Enhance user experience and personalize app interactions.
Analyze aggregated data to develop new features and improve existing ones.
Ensure app security, detect bugs, troubleshoot issues, and prevent fraudulent activity.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights where necessary.
We do not sell, trade, or rent any personal data. However, we may share non-personal or aggregated data in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers: With trusted third-party partners who assist in analytics, crash reporting, and infrastructure maintenance — all of whom are contractually required to protect user data.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, user information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

FC Code does not store any personally identifiable data related to AI-generated quiz activities and others.

FC Code is designed for a general audience and is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If such data is inadvertently collected, it will be promptly deleted upon discovery.

Your data may be processed and stored on servers located outside your home country. By using FC Code, you consent to such transfers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any material changes will be communicated within the app, along with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of FC Code after such updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
