How to Report a Technical Issue

If you experience a technical problem with Heavenly Quest, please follow these steps so we can understand the problem and help you as quickly as possible. Providing a clear description, your account information, and the troubleshooting steps you have already tried can make it easier to identify the problem.

Step 1: Identify the Problem

Write down what went wrong. Include:

What you were trying to do.
What happened instead.
Any error messages you received.

Step 2: Try Basic Troubleshooting

Try any steps that may help fix the problem, such as restarting the game, restarting your device, checking your internet connection, or trying the action again.

Step 3: Note What You Tried

Make a list of everything you tried to fix the problem. This helps us avoid asking you to repeat steps you've already completed.

Step 4: Find Your Account Email

Include the email address associated with your Heavenly Quest account. This helps us identify the correct account and investigate the issue.

Please do not send your password, verification codes, or other sensitive information.

Step 5: Email Support

Dear Parent or Guardian,

Thank you for your interest in Heavenly Quest, a faith-based mobile game designed for players ages 8 and older.

We want parents and guardians to understand what information the game may collect and how it is used.

What Information May Be Collected?

For players who are 13 or older, Heavenly Quest may collect:

Age or age range — to help us provide age-appropriate features and improve the game.
Location information — to understand where our players are located and improve game development.
Google Play Games information — when a player signs in, such as game progress, achievements, and gaming identity.

Players may also play as guests without creating a Heavenly Quest account.

Information From Children Under 13

Heavenly Quest does not collect personal information from children under 13.

Location data will NOT be collected from users under 13 without parental consent. If a feature would require collecting location information from a child under 13, we will first obtain the required parental consent before collecting that information.

Parents may contact us at any time with questions about their child's information or to request deletion of information that may have been collected.

Account Deletion

Heavenly Quest Account Deletion Policy

Last Updated: August 17, 2026

You can delete your Heavenly Quest account and associated game data at any time.

Delete Your Account in the App

Open Heavenly Quest.
Go to Settings.
Select Account.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

Delete Your Account Online

You can also request account deletion through our web page:

Follow the instructions on the page to submit your deletion request.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Deleting your account will permanently delete your Heavenly Quest account and associated data, which may include:

Game progress
Achievements
Account information associated with Heavenly Quest
Other data connected to your game account

Account deletion cannot be undone.

Some information may need to be retained when required by law, for fraud prevention, financial records, or other legitimate legal purposes.

Deleting your Heavenly Quest account does not necessarily delete information held separately by Google Play Games Services or other third-party services. You may need to manage that information through your Google account.
