Frank, the founder of the firm, has over 27 years experience practicing architecture. He has worked on hundreds of projects consisting of different types, sizes and styles. Frank is responsible for projects in multiple states and is currently licensed in CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, LA, MA, MD, MO, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN, TX, VA. His focus is on commercial projects: Community-Focused Public Projects (Community Centers), Religious Facilities, Pharmaceutical (Light Industrial), Commercial, Hospitality, Mixed Use, and Multi-Family Residential. Frank is the principal designer in charge and handles the business development of the firm.

MARIEN RIOS
ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL
Marien has over 20+ years experience and leads the Miami studio. In additional to preparing construction documents she is well versed with the complex permitting process in various jurisdictions and plays a key role as a project manager in charge of design and construction projects. She is also a vital member of the business development team and oversees client relationships. Her focus is on commercial projects: Custom Homes, Community-Focused Public Projects (Community Centers), Religious Facilities, Commercial, Mixed Use, and Multi-Family Residential. She also assists with all QC/QA review for the firm.
