Welcome to FC St. Pauli Youth Soccer Academy

Football. Hope. Future.

FC St. Pauli Youth Soccer Academy is a community-based youth development initiative in Lusaka, Zambia, dedicated to empowering children and young people through structured football training, education support, mentorship, and life-skills development.

We believe that talent exists in every child, but opportunity does not. Our work focuses on creating access, structure, and guidance for young people growing up in underserved communities.

Through football, we provide more than sport—we provide discipline, purpose, teamwork, and a pathway toward personal and educational growth. Our academy is a safe space where young people are supported to develop their abilities, stay in school, and build confidence for the future.

We invite partners, supporters, and friends to join us in shaping stronger futures for the next generation.
