Cecilio is a key part of the F C Remodeling & Construction LLC team, bringing years of hands-on experience in exterior construction and a deep understanding of quality craftsmanship. He plays a dual role — supporting sales by helping clients find the right remodeling solutions, and leading crews on-site to ensure every project is completed with precision, safety, and care.

Known for his reliability and strong leadership, Cecilio bridges the gap between office planning and real-world construction. His approachable attitude makes him a trusted point of contact for both homeowners and the crew.

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Cecilio ensures clear communication with all clients and team members, helping every project run smoothly from start to finish. His ultimate goal is to make sure every Nebraska family feels confident and satisfied with the work done on their home.

Clarisa Lopez

Sales & Marketing Manager

Clarisa brings professionalism, energy, and heart to F C Remodeling & Construction LLC. She earned her degree in Criminal Justice and Business Management/Marketing from the University of Nebraska at Kearney (UNK), combining her analytical skills with a strong sense of organization and leadership.

Beyond the office, Clarisa serves as an Assistant Coach at Grand Island Senior High School, where she mentors and motivates young athletes — a reflection of her dedication to teamwork and community.

At F C Remodeling & Construction, Clarisa oversees sales, customer relations, and marketing efforts, ensuring every Nebraska homeowner receives honest guidance and outstanding service. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she helps bridge communication and builds strong, lasting relationships with clients across the state.
