Player Info

Who Can Play?

• Eligible football players must be in either grade 6, 7, or 8 during the fall of the 22-23 school year.

• 6th-graders can not turn 13 years-old before August 1 of the current tournament year.

• 7th-graders can not turn 14 years-old before August 1 of the current tournament year.

• 8th-graders can not turn 15 years-old before August 1 of the current tournament year.

• Safety of the athletes that participate in our tournament is paramount above and beyond all else: the age and grade qualifications ensure a level playing field and is meant to reduce the risk of injury.

Roster:

• One grade 6 team, one grade 7 team, and one grade 8 team.

• For each grade, up to 40 players from the northern half of Wisconsin

• For each grade, no more than 10 players from one fall regular season team.

• For each grade, group of coaches with different football experience and knowledge

Registration Fee (if selected for the team):

• $225 due when accepting offer to join team

Practices:

Location:

• Green Bay Area

Dates:

• 2-3 times per week

• Starting November 1st (Official allowed start date by FBU.)

• Accepted players were emailed official practice times/ schedule/location

Equipment needed:

• Helmet, pants, pads, practice jersey - most players are able to borrow these from their fall football team and return them once their FBU experience ends.

• Individual player - cleats, socks, football girdle, clothing for warmth under uniform (practice days), football gloves, etc.

• FBU - The North,Wisconsin will provide game jerseys for each player to keep.
