Try this fun workout using some of Pixar’s finest characters, the Incredibles.*Repeat the following exercises 3 times, 30 seconds each:
Frozone - skater jumps!
Jack-Jack - baby bear crawls, forwards and backwards!
Dash - sprint on the spot!
Mr. Incredible - push-ups!
Violet - force field squats, keep your arms straight out in front of you while you squat!
