Try this fun workout using some of Pixar’s finest characters, the Incredibles.*Repeat the following exercises 3 times, 30 seconds each:


  1. Frozone - skater jumps!

  2. Jack-Jack - baby bear crawls, forwards and backwards!

  3. Dash - sprint on the spot!

  4. Mr. Incredible - push-ups!

  5. Violet - force field squats, keep your arms straight out in front of you while you squat!


Cool Down!

  1. Elastagirl - stretch it out! Try these stretches:

    1. Kneeling Lunge

    2. Butterfly

    3. Lying Hamstring Stretch

    4. Bridges
