Go through each round for 1 minute 30 seconds, with a 30 second rest between rounds.
Rest for 2 minutes after completing all 4 rounds.
Repeat for a total of 3 sets.

5x Single Leg Jumps from Seated (Each Leg)
8x Exploding Up
Round 2
15x Tricep Dips
10x Glute Marches (Each Leg)
20x Mountain Climbers
Round 3
1x Clock Jumps Each Leg
6x Push Up with Walk
10x Jumping Lunges (Each Leg)
Round 4
20x Ali Shuffle
10x Single Leg Floor Touches with Jump (Each Leg)
10x Rotating Jump Squats
Part 2: Core Exercises
Pick 5 core exercises. Complete 20 of each exercise for a total of 100 reps.
