Wrestling Drills
There are many wrestling drills that you can safely do on your own! Visualize doing the attack/defence on someone and really focus on your technique.
1. 2x 30 second stance drill
2. 10 each of:
Arm Drag to High Crotch
Arm Drag to Double Leg
Fake Shot to Snap Down
Fake Shot to Double Leg
Underhook to Single Leg
2 on 1 to Single Leg
3. 10 each of:
Sprawls, circle and get back to stance after each one
Down Block - Right Side
Down Block - Left Side
4. 2x 30 second stance drill
5. Neck Strengthening
Lay on a bed, with your head hanging over the end of the bed.
Slowly nod your head in a "YES!" motion 10 times, take a break, then do 10 more.
Slowly shake your head in a "NO!" motion 10 times, take a break, then do 10 more.
