Timed Sprints

Warm-Up: 5-minute jog

1) 45 second sprints x3 (1 minute 30 seconds of rest between sprints)

2) 30 second sprints x5 (1 minute rest between sprints)

3) 15 second sprints x5 (30 seconds of rest between sprints)

4) 5 second sprints x5 (15 seconds of rest between sprints)

Cool Down: 10-minute slow jog
