5km Time Trial

Warm up and stretch!

Complete a 5km run, record your time. We encourage you to try this again after a few weeks to see if you improved!


Finish with an ab circuit:

Complete 3 sets, 10-15 reps each

  • Glute bridge

  • Reverse crunch

  • Windshield wipers

  • Flutter kicks

  • 30 second plank
