Exercise Tag

Play with a small group of people in your household!


One person is "it" and it is their job to "tag" the other players, while they try to run away. If you are "tagged", you must do an exercise from the list below!

You cannot do the same exercise twice in a row!


After the "it" person has tagged other people 5 times, switch who is "it"!

1) 15x Push Ups

2) 15x Sit Ups

3) 20x Jumping Jacks

4) 15x Squats

5) 30 second Plank
