Pyramid Workout

Warm Up: Jog around your yard for 5 minutes!


Workout:

20x Sit Ups

15x Squats

10x Push Ups

5x Burpees

1x Handstand against the wall

Rest for 1 minute!

1x Plank for 30 Seconds

5x Jumping Lunges on each leg

10x Frog Jumps (Broad Jumps)

15x Jumping Jacks

20 second Wall Sit


Repeat it once more if you need an extra challenge!


Cool Down: Stretch and make sure to drink lots of water!
