Cards Workout
Workout:
Grab a deck of cards. Make sure they are shuffled!
The number represents the number of that exercise that you need to do.
(Jack, Queen, King = 10, Ace = 1)
Spades = Mountain Climbers
Clubs = Push Ups
Hearts = Crunches
Diamonds = Burpees
Pick the top card off of the deck and complete the exercise, then move on to the next card.
Continue until you complete the deck, or if that's too much you can: A) stop when you can't do anymore or B) stop after 20 minutes.
