Stair Workout

Do you have stairs in your house? Try this workout!


Warm Up: Jog on the spot for 30 seconds then stretch! Make sure your legs are nice and loose!


Workout:

Complete each exercise while going up the stairs. Use the rail for balance if needed. Be careful!


  1. Touch each step with both feet

  2. Skip steps (increase steps skipped until you cant anymore)

  3. Broad jumps up stairs (Two foot hops up the stairs!)

  4. Single leg jumps all the way up, then, switch legs the next time you go up!

  5. Squat on each stair

Repeat 3 times if you can handle it!


Cool Down: Stretch out your legs! They will be sore!
