Full Body Workout

Warm Up: You will do 3 sets of high knees on the spot for 15 seconds each followed by 10 jumping jacks.


Workout:

  • 3 sets of 10 Push Ups

  • 3 sets of 10 Sit Ups

  • 3 sets of a 10 second Plank

  • 3 sets of 10 Lunges on each leg

  • 3 sets of 5 Burpees

  • Bonus: Mountain Climbers for 30 seconds!


Cool Down: Walk around the room to catch your breath. Then do 5 stretches of your choice, for 20 seconds each.
