Circuit Workout

Warm Up: Try doing 50-100 skips with a jump rope! (If you don’t have a jump rope, jumping jacks are a good alternative)


Workout:

This is a circuit. So you will do every exercise that is listed, then take a break for 1-2 minutes. Repeat this for a total of three times through the workout!


  • 10 pushups

  • 10 squats

  • 10 mountain climbers

  • 10 sit ups

  • 10 high knee jumps

  • Rest then repeat!


Cool Down: Stretch! Pick 5 stretches to complete. Hold it for at least 15 seconds each!
