Basketball Challenge

  1. Get creative with household objects to create a basketball and hoop. You could use a crumpled piece of paper and trash can or laundry basket and ball of socks.

  2. Practice taking shots from different spots. Start close then move farther back after every shot you make.

  3. Whoever can make a shot from the farthest spot first wins. For every shot you miss, complete 5 pushups.
