FBCA Daycare Staff

FBCA Daycare is committed to quality early childhood education. All staff members are trained in early childhood education and/or child development and meet the appropriate requirements of the State of Texas. In addition, they are certified in pediatric first aid, CPR and have passed FBI background checks using fingerprints.

New employees are provided an orientation to guide them in understanding how minimum standards and our daycare policies relate to their respective job descriptions. We support continuous growth by assessing the needs of staff and providing professional development activities to enhance their growth. Staff are required to obtain 35 hours of training yearly. Directors are required to have a minimum of 45 hours of training every year. All staff members are evaluated annually.
