The goal of this seminar series is to share insights on success in higher education careers, learn from others and create a platform for discussion. Given the underrepresentation of women in senior academic positions, we are especially interested to hear from female leaders who we hope will serve as role models to inspire others to follow in their footsteps. The seminar series will also act as a discussion forum for the topics of equality and diversity in academia.

The talks will be online/virtual on Zoom. There will be 30 minutes talk by a speaker followed by 30 minutes Q&A
