I have worked as Company Lead in SAP implementation project for our Bangladesh Customer Center . As a Company Lead I was 

• Primary interface between act! rollout team and Customer Center throughout the phases & tracks execution

• Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and first point of escalation

• Ensure availability and mobilization of business resources (BKU’s, End Users) as per the rollout plan / calendar

• Responsible for role mapping and people availability for training (BKU, End-Users)

• Coordination of change management activities at CC level, including regular progress follow-up 

• Participate in the monthly governance meeting & bi-weekly Company Lead meeting

C4C is a Cloud based CRM Solution of SAP. I worked as CRM Lead in this C4C Implementation Project. The project has been successfully completed & launched for our Customer Center.  After Finishing the project I am still working as CRM Admin , CRM Analyst & Trainer for End Users.

BPCS ( IBM - I Series Acces ) ERP System was used before we started using SAP.  I worked as BPCS Implementation Project Lead from Customer Center Side.

CTP Lotus Notes Based CRM System. I worked as a Project Lead from Customer Center Side.
