I approach coaching with the same vigor as I do in the classroom. In both settings I strive to be an advocate for the students of Braintree High School.

Attends Athletics Association workshops to improve coaching abilities and leadership flexibility

Working in conjunction with Girls' Head Coach, Boys' head coach, and 2 other specialized assistant coaches
As the only coach in the high school building, I am responsible for posting announcements related to track & I host team meetings

9th-12th grade
Many are multi-season athletes, participating in both winter & spring track or other sports throughout the year
Typically 10-15 throwers for winter track, 15-20 for spring track
They can participate in up to 3 events, 2 of which can be throwing events - many participate in jumps or sprints in addition to throwing
