Fay Cliett Gillham is a graduate of Texas State University, has a Master’s Degree from Louisiana State University, and earned her J.D. from Mercer University in Georgia in 1979. Ms. Gillham has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1979, and the Northern, Southern, Eastern, & Western Districts of Texas since 1980. Ms. Gillham practices in the areas of wills, trusts, deed work, estate planning, and probate. She also practices in the areas of debt management and bankruptcy law, representing both consumers and businesses, with primary emphasis on the consumer.
