The Fayetteville Parent Teacher Cooperative's mission is to promote an equitable public school experience.
We do that by partnering with parent-led organizations to support schools and encourage cross-communication among parent leaders, by fostering community connections, and by empowering all caregivers to participate in their child’s public school experience.

Categories of Focus
Staff Support
School staff work hard every day for the benefit of your child. Simple acts of encouragement like providing snacks and meals can go a long way to brighten their day. We can also help spread the word if your staff have classroom wish lists.
Culture Building
Every school's culture is unique! Show your school pride with a school t-shirt, celebrate students with classroom parties and honor FPS Seniors who went to your school with a graduation celebration.
Resources
Great ideas often need funding to make them happen. If your PTO/A needs fundraising ideas or help raising money, we are here as a resource. We can also share information regarding grant deadlines and tips on how to apply.
Diverse Leadership
PTO/A leadership should represent the entire school population. We can help with conversations and creative recruitment ideas to identify, reach and empower as many parent leaders as possible.
Volunteers
Do you need parent volunteers to bring your ideas to life? We can suggest new ways to reach out to parents and get them involved. We can also connect you with capable student leaders at the high school and college level who are interested in volunteering.
PTO/A President Collaboration
We will create opportunities for PTO/A Presidents to come together to collaborate, problem solve and share best practices.
