The conference will take place at the Village Vacances IGESA Porquerolles.
Located on the beautiful, car-free island of Porquerolles, off the Mediterranean coast near Hyères, the venue offers an exceptional natural setting, where turquoise waters meet ancient pine forests, creating an ideal environment for focused scientific exchange.
Porquerolles is accessible via a short ferry ride from La Tour Fondue (Hyères).
You can reach the pier by plane (Toulon–Hyères or Marseille), train, or car, followed by a 15–20 minute boat crossing.
From the island harbor, the venue is just a short walk.
Before boarding the boat, you need to reach La Tour Fondue.
By plane
The closest airport is Toulon–Hyères Airport (about 15 minutes by taxi).
Alternatively, Marseille Provence Airport offers more international connections (about 1h30–2h to Hyères by car or train).
By train
The nearest station is Gare de Hyères (you can book train tickets in advance on SNCF)
From there, take Bus Line 67 to “La Tour Fondue” or a taxi.
By car
Paid parking is available near La Tour Fondue.
Please note that cars are not permitted on the island.
A regular ferry service operated by TLV-TVM connects La Tour Fondue to Porquerolles.

3. Arrival on the Island
Once you disembark at the Porquerolles harbor, the IGESA center is a short 5-minute walk through the village. Porquerolles is best explored on foot or by bicycle.
