About

Faviana Vázquez is an actor, singer, and educator from San Juan, Puerto Rico. 

Now at the University of Central Florida, she is graduating from the Acting program with a Bachelors in Fine Arts and minor in Education. In her time at UCF, she has notably participated in TheatreUCF's productions of One Man, Two Guvnors, The River Bride, Rhinoceros and The Last Firefly. Her performance as Belmira in The River Bride and Lightning in The Last Firefly have been recognized by the ACTF with Irene Ryan Award Nominations. But her favorite role has been as Assistant Teaching Artist for the Orlando Family Stages’ Youth Academy production of Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Musical.

Faviana is inspired by the human desire to be seen and understood. Theatre has provided that for her, so it is her mission to inspire, educate, and resonate with audiences and students through performance and story-telling. 

In her free time, Faviana likes to work on perfecting her latte art, and taking pictures of her weenie dog Hamilton, on her pink digital camera.
