Terms and Conditions
Deposit of $10 will be required to secure your slot. Deposit will use to offset from your total bill
Slots are first come first serve basis (No deposit = Slots are still open)
Deposit will be forfeited for lateness more than 15 mins / last min cancellation / last min rescheduling / no show
Cancellation / Reschedule (Only 1 time rescheduling is allow) must be informed at least 24 hrs before your scheduled appointment time.
Deposit will be forfeited for last min cancellation / rescheduling
Fav Beauty reserved the rights to cancel your appointment due to no show / lateness beyond 15 mins from your scheduled appointment time.
No deposit will be refunded
A confirmation message will be sent one day prior to your appointment. If we do not receive your acknowledgment, the appointment will be automatically cancelled 3 hours before the scheduled time, and the deposit will be forfeited
In the event of unforeseen circumstances where Fav Beauty must cancel your appointment, you may choose to either reschedule or receive a refund of your deposit
Do note that payment methods are strictly via Paynow / Paylah! / Cash ONLY (Payment to be made before leaving)
Booking Policies
General
Strictly via appointment (No walk in allowed)
Fav Beauty only takes in female clients
No companions allowed (Case to case basis, kindly text me to check)
Be sure to check on services that are done and inform me if there's anything you're unsatisfied before leaving
Strictly No Refunds are offered after services are done
For any allergy reactions to services that Fav Beauty had provide, do inform me within 48 hrs
Due to hygiene and protection to other clients, Fav Beauty have the rights to reject clients upon appointment that present visible skin infections or conditions that could potentially spread or affect the quality of the service
Eyelash Extensions / Lash Lift
No eye makeups upon eyelash extensions / lash lift appointment ($5 removal fee will be applicable)
Kindly note that Fav Beauty don't do infills for lashes done by other lash techs
Fav Beauty reserved the rights to decline clients with lash lift done in the past 3 months
Facial Service
No makeups upon facial appointment ($5 removal fee will be applicable)
Manicure Service
Please ensure your nails are free from infections or conditions that could potentially spread or may affect the service. We reserve the right to decline service if deemed necessary for hygiene or safety reasons.
For any designs, please send references or inspo pictures in advance to ensure sufficient time is allocated
