Privacy Policy

Fatora is designed to keep your business data under your control. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles the information you enter.

Local storage only

All data you enter in Fatora — including business details, clients, invoices, quotations, items, payments, and settings — is stored locally on your device only. The App does not upload your business data to our servers.

No account or sign-in

Fatora does not require you to create an account or sign in. You can use the App without registering personal login credentials with us.

No cloud sync

The App does not provide automatic cloud synchronization. Your data remains on the device where you use Fatora unless you choose to export or share it yourself.

Device permissions

With your permission, Fatora may access contacts so you can import a client’s name and phone number, and may access photos so you can choose a business logo or signature image. These permissions are optional and used only for those features. The App does not upload your contacts or photos to our servers.

Subscriptions and payments

Optional Fatora Pro subscriptions are processed by Google Play (on Android) or the App Store (on iOS). Purchase receipts and billing are handled by those stores according to their privacy policies. Fatora does not receive or store your full payment card details.

Deleting your data

You can permanently delete your business data from within the App using the available delete options. Once deleted, that data is removed from the App on your device.

Backups and transfer

You may create a backup of your data and move it to another device. Backup and restore are initiated by you, and any copy is stored or transferred only according to the location and method you select.
