My name is Fatima Amir and I am a creator and facilitator of unique workshops!
I have spent the past year developing a series of workshops that you can find in the "Workshops" page.
Some of them are on topics like equity, diversity, inclusion and awareness while others explore more psychological concepts like emotional inheritance, adaptive and maladaptive change, survival strategies, and more!
I'm passionate about mental health, change, growth, systems and people and exploring how people create and reinforce systems and whether we can create change the same way.
My work draws from so many fields including behavioral, attachment, developmental and organizational psychology, neuroscience, change theory, internal family systems, critical race theory, behavioral economics, attachment theory, somatic practice, and feminist and queer theory.
I use storytelling, metaphors, new frameworks that I've personally developed, guided discussions and reflective exercises to create pockets of authenticity and growth for the people who engage with my work.
If this sounds like work you would like to be a part of, please join one of my workshops!
Sessions are currently being run in both the Gold Coast and Brisbane, Australia.
