Property lines are like invisible fences that show where one person's land stops and another's starts. Properly lines also we can say legal boundary lines.
Site area = area in the property lines
Building area = Calculate everything from the outside walls of the building to be built.
Site cover = Building area / Site area (expressed as a percentage)

Cut and fill is what is done when calculating the volume of land where something will be built on the ground. Cut is the volume of soil taken. and fill is the amount of land that will be added, aka filled.
