I' m Fathi Garaad Essa, a passionate development professional, researcher, and writer based in Hargeisa, Somaliland. With a background in Human Resource Management, BBA Political Science, and a wide range of international certifications, I’ve worked across government, private sector, and civil society to lead innovative projects and strategic planning. I’m the Founder and CEO of Prime Project Solutions, and my work focuses on social reform,  political science, international development, climate advocacy, AI in education, and youth empowerment. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Togdheer University, a Master's of BBA from Port City University in Bengladesh ,and Political Science from the Open Universty from UK ,  and have pursued extensive professional development through international certifications. These include programs from the Asian Development Bank Institute, UNITAR, UN ESCAP, FAO, Cisco, Canva, and many others. My education reflects a strong commitment to lifelong learning, with a focus on interdisciplinary fields like AI, climate action, diplomacy, project design, and higher education policy.
