Our educational programming is strengthened through the support of parents who are professional educators. Several parents within our community have served as high school principals and college professors, and together they collaboratively developed a curriculum specifically designed for participants in our programs.

As part of our continued growth, we plan to revisit and expand our mentoring model by launching a new initiative in 2024, aligned with our broader 2025 Vision Plan. This enhanced framework is inspired by the model used at Thurgood Marshall Academy in New York City and reflects best practices in academic achievement, leadership development, and student support.

The curriculum was authored by the Vice President of the Fathers Know Best Foundation, who also serves as a current New York City Superintendent, ensuring that our approach is informed by experienced, nationally recognized educational leadership.
