SERENITY

This project is to design a water activity center that will be responding to the context of Hutan Bandar Mutiara Rini (Johor Bahru). This activity center will be build on top of the existing lake and the students may demolish the existing pavilion on site. The construction of this building must be 70% timber. 

Serenity is a concept that promotes calmness, peaceful and untroubled. This feeling is achieved by using the context of water and the wind activity on site and applying to the building. The continuous view and the added water feature towards the building helps gain the feeling of serenity.
