I am a Professor of Industrial Engineering at the School of Business, Social & Decision Sciences, Constructor University Bremen (formerly called Jacobs University) since January 1st, 2025. I am the head of Emerging Technologies in Industrial Engineering (EITIE) research group. Furthermore, I am also the Primary coordinator, principal Investigator & WP leader for Digital Product Passport solution in EU HORIZON project SORT4CIRC. I am also responsible as the Primary coordinator of EU Erasmus+ project YouthTeamUp.
Formerly, I was a Senior Fellow of the Centre for Unframed Thinking (CUT), Rennes School of Business (RSB) (2023-2025) and university lecturer/Senior/Distinguished Lecturer between October 2019 and December 2024 at the Constructor University Bremen (Jacobs University) and also I had positions like Assistant/Associate Professor of Industrial Engineering at Sharif University of Technology between July 2013 to October 2019.
