Fast VPN Pro processes user data to a limited scope – for provision of the Services, processing payments for the Services, as well as the functioning of our websites and mobile applications. We process the following basic information:

Information for creating your account

Email address. If you choose to login to our app, we ask for your email address as part of your registration. It is necessary for establishing a Fast VPN Pro account, retrieving a lost password, and purchasing our VIP Services.

Payment related information

Payment data (if using VIP Services). This information is necessary to collect payments for our Services. In addition to the traditional payment methods. Our payment processing partners process basic billing information for payment processing and refund requests (such as date of purchase, payer's IP address. We also process some of the same payment information ourselves in cases of recurring payments.

Information collected on our app

Access logs. As most apps on the internet, our app collects access logs (such as IP address, browser type, operating system) to operate our services and ensure their secure, reliable, and robust performance. This information is also essential for fighting against DDoS attacks, scanning and similar hacking attempts.

Sharing your personal data

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Service providers. We use third-party service providers to help us with various operations, such as payment processing, email automation, website and app diagnostics, analytics and other. As a result, some of these providers may process personal information.

If you wish to use the Fast VPN Pro again, you will have to accept and agree to this Privacy Policy.

We take data security very seriously and take all steps reasonably necessary to secure your data (whether technical, physical, or administrative).

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do necessary actions.

In-App Purchases

All in-app purchases are handled through the respective app store. We do not process or store payment information. Please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy or Apple’s Privacy Policy for details on how your payment data is handled.

I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
